Christmas Markets of Austria and Germany
December 15-22, 2025
Days 1, and 2: We have an overnight flight to Innsbruck, Austria, the Capital of the Alps for a 5-night stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott
Day 3: Walk through the charming streets of Innsbruck on a locally guided tour or visit the Museum of Tyrolean Regional Heritage. Next, we journey by train 3,600 feet above sea level to the idyllic village of Seefeld, one of the world’s great ski resorts. Step off the train to enjoy a horse-drawn carriage and a traditional gift of Schnapps. We will be whisked into town and participate in an interactive demo of how to make and eat traditional strudel.

Day 4: We journey to Salzburg, Mozart’s birthplace and Mirabell Gardens from The Sound of Music. Go treasure hunting at six Christmas markets! Conclude your day at St. Peter’s Skiftskeller, the oldest restaurant in Europe.
Day 5: Enjoy a full day of leisure in Innsbruck.

Day 6: Tour Linderhof Palace and continue to Oberammergau, Germany. Enjoy lunch featuring regional cuisine.
Day 7: Wilkommen to Munich! Venture to Marienplatz and see the iconic Glockenspiel. Grab a beer at Hofbrauhaus or do some shopping at one of Europe’s largest Christmas markets. Enjoy a tour with a local guide of Munich followed by a farewell dinner.

Day 8: Your tour comes to a close today.
